📦 Fixed pallet packaging fee: (Includes pallet, packaging material, and securing straps for safe transport from Germany to the shipping warehouse). This fee is charged by the manufacturer for each individual pallet in the order, not by us:
Low pallet 200x100 cm (up to 100 cm height): 35 EUR / pc
Standard Nivtec pallet 200x100 cm (over 100 cm height): 69 EUR / pc
⚠️ Important notice: Due to the technical complexity of pallet calculation, this fee is not automatically included in the initial order summary. Our staff will calculate the exact number of pallets and add the fee manually. Only then will you receive the final request for payment.
🚛 Loading conditions (200x100 cm platforms): • If you require forklift loading (VZV): Pallets with a base of 202x102 cm cannot be loaded mechanically into panel vans (Ducato, Boxer, Sprinter, etc.). Possible only from the rear for vehicles with min. 220 cm internal width or from the side for curtain-side trucks. • Manual loading: The above loading conditions do not apply to manual loading performed by the customer without the assistance of warehouse machinery.
